Its a bit like the difference between writing a resume on a bank sheet of paper and using a form to fill in the blanks. So, if you want a site that has a variety of content pieces (articles, videos, images, music etc) using CMS is an easy way of managing that without having to worry about the coding aspects of making something from scratch.

it’s an improvement, but it still doesn’t guarantee a green flag finish, because the race will still end under caution if the yellow comes out on the white flag lap. but hey, i’m in favor of any rule that will eliminate at least SOME of the races ending under caution.

I like joomla for its simplicity in installation and maintenance, even a novice user can handle it. And its 1000+ free and paid plugins help us to do anything in the website, out of just content management system, from “comment” option to full fledged forum.

Why would you want to protect the right of a for profit company to spread lies about specific legislation that stands to cut into their profit margins? They do have a word for that, and its called slander, and yes you can be sued for that.
